Artwork can depict people in lots of different ways, even in ways that are in the artist's imagination that best reflects another person's image. In the case of this piece, the artists has it nailed. This portrait of myself is a beautiful reflection of me. As I believe that I am an Angel in the form of a Human being, this piece depicts it nicely by showing me in my human form, with the elements of my true Angel Self within the design ( i.e. wings, magical ball, etc.). When artists make artwork as gifts for others, especially portraits of others, not only does it show that you have a lot of love and fondness for them, but it also represents how they see the other person in their life and it gets expressed.
